Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon will hold a coffee gathering on Wednesday, September 23, beginning at 8:30 a.m., at Phoenix College, 640 N. First Ave. The mayor will provide an update on federal-stimulus funding, including city projects that have begun and projects that are working to create jobs.
