2nd suspicious fire in 11 months hits Roosevelt Row

This just in (unfortunately)…  Another suspicious fire has occurred in the Roosevelt Row area:  House Studios Burns Down (Phoenix New Times) and ABC News 15.

This is the second suspicious fire in the neighborhood in 11 months: “Edifice Lex” Burns Down on East Roosevelt (Phoenix New Times).
