Downtown Phoenix’s Burton Barr Central Library offers extended hours

Beginning today, Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, Phoenix Public Library will offer expanded hours of service at Burton Barr Central Library (1221 N. Central Ave.)   The library will now be open until 9 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  These additional hours were funded through budget saving measures identified by library.

Mesquite Library (4525 Paradise Village Parkway N.) will also offer extended hours.
