Here’s a video of the first Phoenix Annual Parade of the Arts (PAPA) (okay, so 2006 isn’t “ancient history,” but we’re here to document for posterity anything we can get our grubby little hands on!). Local guy Daniel Paul grabbed his video camera, drove downtown, and was pleased with what he saw and heard. Apparently, the City of Phoenix has often used the video to promote the event.
