Help recruit volunteers to improve your Phoenix neighborhood

Phoenix residents can learn how to recruit volunteers and engage them in neighborhood projects, such as a neighborhood clean up or graffiti removal, during a free workshop from 9 a.m. to Noon Saturday, Aug. 23, at the Paradise Valley Community Center, 17402 N. 40th St.
