City of Phoenix issues RFP for CARES Act Owner- Occupied Home Rehab Program

In releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP), the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) intends to facilitate the sustainability of housing for low- and moderate-income Phoenix residents.By issuing this RFP, it is the City’s intent to enter into contract with one or more eligible agencies who will administer the program designed to assist the City of Phoenix residents who need home rehabilitation.Submittal deadline is 2 p.m. (Phoenix time) Monday, June 1, 2020.

Interested respondents may download the complete solicitation from the City’s website. Any interested respondents without internet access may obtain a copy of the RFP in print by calling 602-495-5494 to reserve a copy to be picked up during regular business hours at the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department, 200 W. Washington St., 4th floor, Phoenix, AZ.
