Earlier this week, the Phoenix City Council’s Transportation & Infrastructure Subcommittee, chaired by Council Member Peggy Neely, voted to approve a one-year pilot program to extend Phoenix light rail hours to 2 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
