The City of Phoenix’s internal adaptive reuse task force had its second meeting on June 2. At the meeting, the task force reviewed the Tarver Sprinkler Ordinance, Planning Department policies for the zoning adjustment process, and Development Services Department (DSD) policies for use of the International Existing Building Code (IEBC). DSD also circulated a list of adaptive reuse pilot projects and possible participants for an adaptive reuse task force. The next meeting of the task force will be held on June 16.
