Phoenix Convention Center | Public Art by simax105.Flickr contributor, simax105, wrote back on September 12, 2008 that, “I am going to Las Vegas next month, so I thought I would get some practice at taking pictures at night with my new camera. Downtown Phoenix is really coming along, but the streets are still empty on a Friday night.”
