Aloft Hotel slated to open in downtown Phoenix
[Source: Starwood Hotels & Resorts] — Starwood Hotels & Resorts and its new lifestyle brand, Aloft Hotels, announced plans to open a hotel in downtown Phoenix in January 2011 (immediately south of the Wyndham Phoenix). Owned by Pointe of View Developments USA, and Belleview Communities, Aloft Phoenix Downtown says it will offer 121 spacious, loft-like rooms, tech-savvy touches, and a hip, social atmosphere.
