A quiet night in downtown Phoenix

In March 2007, a couple of out-of-towners visited the Valley of the Sun for Major League Baseball spring training and took this video of downtown Phoenix. Their opinion: “Absolutely nothing going on.  Apparently Phoenicians don’t believe in nightlife.”
